I had a fantastic experience with Infinity Air & Heat from start to finish. The front office (Seidy) and our technician, Alberto, were upfront, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. We brought them in for a full deep cleaning of our air handler assembly and evaporator coil, as well as the installation of a carbon filter system with two UV lights. Alberto was outstanding. He showed up on time, even a few minutes early, and completed the cleaning and installation smoothly and cleanly. I was very pleased with his transparency as well. He took clear photos at every step of the job to show me what he was doing, and patiently walked me through all the details to make sure every question I had was answered. Infinity Air was there for our office when we needed them the most. One of our employees came to work early and noticed it was 85 degrees in the office. I immediately called Riskli from Infinity Air. He send Alberto out to our office right away. Alberto found the issue with the A/C quickly. He had the part needed in his truck and had the office cooling off as quick as possible. What a relief!
